Flashy oval opal rests at the center with a drop of clear quartz crystal.Each piece of Altar’s jewelry line, Iron Oxide, starts as a wax model that is carved by hand, then is cast into a mold locally in Portland, Oregon using recycled metals. Once the metal is cast stones and crystals are set by hand. Iron Oxide uses very minimal packaging, being mindful of the use of plastic and its impact on our planet. Each order is shipped with minimal packaging and is recyclable.
