By creating opportunities where these women can earn fair wages in a supportive environment, they are helping to overcome generational poverty. ABLE recently published their lowest wages to set an example for how brands should become accountable and transparent about their wages and working conditions. They have begun championing a #publishyourwages campaign to encourage consumers to hold brands accountable as well. Proceeds from their new She's Worth More line will help ACCOUNTABLE audits to help more brands embrace transparent, ethical and fair working conditions and wages throughout their organization.
